Partner Responsibilities
• Must hold own LLC or other legal entity
• Agrees to buy any existing business in territory from the Company
• Act as local service provider providing technical & customer support for customers within territory
• Will provide and support own billing & accounting
• Will provide and maintain appropriate licensing & publishing requirements
• Report all new sites and their corresponding IP addresses on territory spreadsheet
• Deliver to Creadio any content updates required by the customers in a timely manner.
Provided by Creadio
• The music streaming service. It is the responsibility of Creadio to ensure the quality of service, uptime, and updates to the music streaming service.
• All content production for broadcast on specified streams. Production includes voiceovers, new music, and playlist maintenance.
• Access to vendors and other support providers
• First 90 day full-support at no charge (initial operation education, telephone support). Additional or ongoing support for fee.
• Creates and maintains Owners & Operators documentation and manuals
