The Anderson’s (General Stores)

As part of a Fortune 1000 company, The Anderson’s stores sell groceries, housewares, hardware and home decor items at their general stores throughout Ohio.

The Anderson’s Radio Network (The ARN) is a live streamed (via internet) radio station specifically designed and produced for The Anderson’s general stores. These stations contain a live radio DJ, custom jingles, commercials, and other brand messaging all focused on promoting The Anderson’s brand and their products and services.

“[Creadio] allows us to continuously do our own advertising as well as provide a good quality music offering to customers shopping in the store,” says Dan Anderson, president of the retail group of The Andersons. “Our customer reaction to [Creadio] has been pretty darn favorable.”

McDonald’s

Creadio works with McDonald’s franchise operators throughout the USA to provide custom live streamed (via internet) radio stations and television networks tailored for the stores.

The radio stations are all custom with live radio DJ’s, multiple music formats curated for the target demographics, jingles, commercials, and other brand messaging all promoting McDonald’s products. The TV networks playback custom content, news, weather, and other video elements that promote the core brand messages and McDonald’s service initiatives such as the Ronald McDonald House Charities, youth sports, and nutritional messaging.

– Jon Harris, a McDonald’s Operator, credits Creadio with the rise in dessert sales because of the in-store advertisements delivered via the radio and TV.

“The nicest thing about Creadio is you have the music and you have the TV. You never hear a competitor’s message on there. All you hear is [your business] advertised,” Harris said.
